The set consists of one headband (6cm wide, elasticated full-circumference construction) and two wristbands (6cm wide, matching construction) — all produced from 260 GSM 80% cotton / 20% spandex stretch terry knit. The terry loop surface provides sweat absorption during training, while the spandex content ensures the elasticated construction maintains its return and retains circumference accuracy through repeated washing. Embroidery is the primary branding method — the terry loop surface of the headband and wristbands is an ideal embroidery substrate, producing clean, legible brand logos and wordmarks without the puckering risk associated with finer stretch fabrics. Screen print is available as a lower cost alternative for simple one or two colour logos.
